The room was clean, comfortable and spacious compared to most hotel rooms. We chose the premium room, but it still exceeded expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to quite a few tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. In addition, there’s a public bath, which features a fantastic hot spring bath.

Fantastic location right next to the harbor's sights and services. The communal bath was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast seems pricey, but it's actually well worth it! Great services all in the same building.

The pajamas were super comfortable and it was nice to be able to wear pajamas in Japanese hotel as a foreigner and actually have them fit! The room was decently spacious.

Room was very comfortable, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice library at one of the floors of the building where the hotel is, very nice spa.

Loved it. Rooms have a traditional touch, a nice view and the onsen was great.
